Cruising Yacht Must Go ... in DARWIN, Northern Territory for sale

This is a very strong and comfortable, epoxy ferro blue water cruising yacht. She was professionally built in the UK and then sailed across the Atlantic and spent about 4 years in the Caribbean before sailing across the Pacific to Townsville, where I bought her. Comes with all the usual stuff, a full inventory list is available by email as are more photos.
As is a marine survey that was done in Sept 2011. She was last slipped Sept 2011 and anti fouled at that time. One of the photos is when she was out of the water at that time.
I am only selling because of health reasons, She has been my home for the past few years and I can no longer sail her so its time to swallow the anchor and move ashore. I have had a 2 level spinal fusion done resulting in reduced mobility and in June I had 2 heart episodes so need to stay close to medical assistance and ongoing treatment.
If you want a good solid dependable, live aboard capable cruising yacht then I believe you cant go past this yacht as value for money especially considering I am selling her with everything aboard, the only thing I will be taking is my personal gear, clothing etc.
