The apartment is based on a "house share" with all the bedrooms being private double rooms. The one remaining queen bedroom has shared use of the main bathroom, the master bedroom having its own ensuite.
The fully air conditioned apartment has a large lounge area, kitchen, laundry and balcony. A lovely shaded swimming pool is in the grounds and there is a lift to all floors. Electronic gates and keypad entry doors ensure for a safe and happy environment.
A high standard of cleanliness is required and the common areas are to be kept clean and tidy on a shared basis (cleaning materials not provided).
The apartment is run on a low energy policy (e.g. sensible use of the clothes dryer and air conditioners etc.) This is to keep the power costs at a reasonable level as these costs are shared equally.
I feel that my apartment would best suit a professional person.
Rent is to be paid 2 weeks in advance, and then paid on a weekly basis. ALL payments including the $800 "security deposit" are to be made by electronic bank transfer.
