Hi there. I live in Wagaman, 10-minute walk to Casuarina shopping center, 10-minute walk to the bus stop of bus no.10, 5-minute walk to the bus stop of bus no.9&12.
It is a two-storey house with 7 rooms and two bathroom. Two persons live in one room.
The first floor and second floor function seperately and they have bathroom, kitchen, dinning hall and living area respectively.
There are a queen size matress bed,a study desk, a wardrobe &air-con in the room. Also, you have all the things you need to cook in the kitchen. Also there is a very nice swimming pool at the backyard.
I ask for $200 per week for one person, $240 per week for two persons including electricity, water and high-speed wifi.
We are very easy-going people who would like to keep the house quiet and clean for people living in. Most importantly, I won't put too many people in the house and I also would like to keep it not crowded at all so that you do not need to line up for cooking or bathroom.
